Hello. I’m a 16 F, 5’2 CW 112 lbs with a medium-high bf %
I only reached this weight from a previous weight of 147 lbs September. I may have lost like 5-10 lbs in a month.
I was desperate on losing weight, and totally did not know about it affecting my growth. Fact is on like 3-4 days a week, I did make a very bad mistake of like going on 600 calories ( sometimes 500++) despite school and everything. I don’t know how I did it but I made very poor decisions.
Question is, how do I fix this? It’s okay if I made some permanent damage to my growth and can’t totally reverse this but how do I better treat my body again?
