I love food. I love sweets and carbs. But I love them too much. I can eat an entire banana bread loaf in one sitting. I’ve gotten my hormone tested, blood tested, everything came back normal.
I’ve tried appetite suppressants. Coffee doesn’t work. I take Wellbutrin for depression and fatigue and that helps every once in awhile but it’s not consistent. I drink a lot of water. I drink a lot of tea. I’ve done a few sober months here and there and have cut down on my drinking considerably and haven’t noticed a difference. I take L-glutamine and rhodiola rosea. Im going to start taking fiber supplements again tomorrow. Nothing works. I need to be painfully full to stop eating.
I’ve noticed that I’m not too hungry before I have my first snack or meal of the day, but once I eat something, I can’t stop.
Does anyone know what’s wrong with me and how to fix it?
