So , i'm 26 , got a seddantary work with a lot of snakin and in 6 months i got the fatest i've ever been 71kgs. During holidays it almost reached 73kgs. Now i'm back to 68kgs thanks to going to a gym for a month (10 times in January). I'm about to look for another job and i won't be eating as much but i need a diet bc it affected my hormones, testosteron levels etc.
- What would the ideal weight for 162cm hight?
- What exercise can i do at home to maintain the progress that i made after my gym Membership expires in February?
- What is the best diet? My biggest problem is cutting out bread and dairy (cheese, cottage cheese, milk etc)?
