Background: I'm a 21 year old sponsored athlete and I've gained more weight than I wanted during a bulk season and need to lose 3kg of fat during the next few months. I'm dropping down from 3k calories to around 2k calories. So going from 71kg to 67kg
I eat at the sports campus I live at 5 days a week once a day. It's a good quality dieting friendly buffet.
My current diet leaves me 1000 calories for lunch, How would I got about taking a portion close to that every day?
it's a 15€ lunch us students get for 2,30€ so I can't afford not to eat it.
