Hi! I've started my journey in September 2022. I went to the nutritionist and got my diet plan. For 2 months I have not noticed any change therefore I gave up.
I've started the diet again on the 3rd of January as follows: Breakfast: yogurt + oat + a teaspoon of honey Lunch: 1 bowl of soup Dinner: salad + chicken breast/tuna 2 snacks: half of banana/mango I allow myself something sweet once a week.
I drink ~2 litres of water everyday and go to gym 5 times a week (mainly to Zumba and aerobics classes).
I have to mention that for the moment I'm on Zoloft (Escitalopram), Depakine (Sodium valproate) and Trazodone.
I have not noticed any change and now I'm desperate. Can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong?
