I am a female, just turned 23, 50-51kg, 164cm. I used to be 46 kg and that is my target for the next few months. I eat 1000 calories a day because otherwise I gain weight (I track my calories). I burn 500 calories a day - 1:30h fast walking, 1:30h cardio/resistance training every day. I fast 16:8. I don't know if I am eating too little but I want to lose 1 pound a week without messing up my metabolism
