i’m a really anxious person and i’m on the spectrum so not only do i not like talking to people i’m not too good at it either. there’s a gym near me and i desperately want to be fitter and look better, my dads mum and my mums mum both had large chests so lucky me i got that too, and that makes me self conscious of everything especially running. so i’m not actually sure if it’s my chest size i’m unhappy with or the rest of my body. and i also have to be cautious of covid bc of private reasons does anyone have any tips or suggestions
