so i usually eat breakfast with a small bowl of rice porridge throw in some carrots, celery, dice chicken and a splash of soy bean (congee) or 2 slices of bread spread with peanut and chocolate.
i don't go to lunch but at around 3-4pm i eat small bowl of fried rice or a small bowl of oats with slices of banana or sometimes leftovers of the rice porridge (congee)..
finally, i eat dinner at 7-8pm and usually big meal like a plate full of rice and some chicken curry or spaghetti or whatever is in the fridge that i can cook..
yes, sometimes between 11am - 2pm i'd be hungry but i'll just ignore it by drinking plain water. is this considered bad? i've been doin this around 4 months and im still starving at those hours. will i lose fat or muscle too? i don't really crave sweets or anything lately tho..
