"When the scale hit 333.2 pounds on my 30th birthday, I knew something had to change. I started by just counting calories and adding movement, which led to some initial success and a 20-pound loss. But I knew that if I really want to change and become healthier so I need to do more. So in December of 2021, I started following the Keto Diet and incorporate Intermittent Fasting every day. This means I burn fat diet high and very low in carbs, as well as restricting my eating to a certain 'window' each day. I also maintained my schedule of working out six days a week. It was just what my body needed and in 12 months I have lost an additional 120 pounds bringing my total lost to 140 pounds. I plan to lose the last 30 pounds and reach my goal weight in 2023!
