I’m tired of being like this to be honest, I’m a 330lbs (150kg), 6ft 1, 21 year old man. Morbidly obese as they like to call it.
I feel I’ve just suffered with this for long enough and it’s time to change its caused me anxiety socially and health wise thinking I’m an impeding heart attack with this weight. Despite all good tests from docs 🥳. But I feel to really tackle this anxiety about my health it’s time to shed the pounds.
I’m quite stocky like my fat isn’t in one place probably form the rugby and sport I did when I was younger but I started putting on the pounds when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which I’m getting under control now.
I want to feel healthy, look healthy and be the best man I can be. So I’d love any advise, support or ideas to really help me shed these pounds over the coming year. I think I wanna hit 200lbs over time so that’s losing 130lbs and I really believe I can do it.
