Better in shape but 20 pounds away from my goal 🤔 Gym + Diet seems not working anymore. I kept same intensity (working out everyday)
it only prevent a yo-yo effect. any advice to relaunch the machine ?
Highest BMI : 38.9 Actual BMI : 30.7 Targerted BMI : 27.8 (Started in 2020)
I try not to do drastic diet and gym regurlarly. By ensuring to have a good life balance (work, home, friend,kids)
How to spare away those last extra pounds definitively ? Thanks
