Hi, I’m a 5’2 woman and my goal weight is 119lbs. I started at 148lbs and am now at 130lbs. I only eat in a calorie deficit and don’t exercise. I realise now that with the more weight I lose and the closer I get to my goal weight, the harder it’s gonna get to shed the pounds. Is there anyone here who’s 5’2 and has reached a goal weight of around 120lbs? And if so, is there any advice you could offer me?
