2023 is the year I start taking my weight seriously.

But of course, I'm already starting now.

I am 5'4", 134 lbs as of today. Considered normal BMI I guess?

The lowest I remember weighing was when I was in high school. I was about 120 lbs. So in a span of about a decade. I gained about 13 lbs. I think that's good but I was wondering if that would mean I would lose weight in a much slower pace as well?

What's the best exercises I can do if I only have about 30 minutes a day? I eat junk a lot because of well, poverty. What cheap healthy choices have helped you feel full for longer? And any suggestions to stay motivated? I really want to wear pretty clothes that only come in smaller sizes lmao.
