I've just found that it's easier, as someone who recently had a compulsive eating disorder, to have some kind of (small) treat at the end of the week.
Like, it will for sure prevent me from bringing, but I don't know if it will prevent me from losing weight.
I'm on a +/- 600-700 calorie deficit, and the calories I plan to overeat on my cheat day are about 200-500.
I don't know if this would ruin the progress or just slow it down, people have been giving me mixed opinions, and I would enjoy some thoughts please :)
