So recently I got into the gym wanting to build muscle but I weight 216 lbs. My plan is to cut fat and build muscle But how do I do that I maintain weight at 2,200 calories I need to do 1g protein per lb of bodyweight This means I need 216 grams of protein or atleast 200 But I can't cause my plan was to eat at 1,500 or atleast 1,800 calories so I can cut but I can't reach 200 grams of protein on that little calorie budget what do I do ?
