Maybe a stupid question but it's something that worries me. I have been diagnosed with anemia and my doctor recommended taking supplements for it. I have read many experiences of people saying iron supplements make you gain weight even without changing your diet/exercising routine. It's the supplements alone that cause this although I don't understand why. I have worked so hard to get to where I am now that I can't bring myself to take the supplements. So I wanted to ask about your experience with iron supplements , did they make you gain?
