And it’s sucks, because I’ve been feeling really good, and fitting into clothes I couldn’t fit into 2 months ago.
I’m F30 170lbs 5”6 and my weight just won’t drop! My goal is 135lbs-145lbs by May next year.
It’s totally doable, but I’ve been really working on my diet, exercise and steps and still can’t seem to budge the scale under 170lbs.
I know I can push more on calories, but I also feel like this is the amount of food right that I feel good with.
Any “small habit” changing tips that can help me push my body into a calorie deficit ?
These are about my weekly averages:
Workouts: 30 min 2-3 times a week with PT, 2 full body lifting days solo
Steps: 6,000
Calories: 1800 (I also weigh everything so I think I’m as accurate as I can get)
Protein: 120g (my trainer wants me to get up to 135g/day but I feel like I can’t eat that much protein)
