I have been feeling pretty sluggish lately and not my best at all. Getting motivated to go work out is hard. But I try to remind myself of how I will feel afterwards and how nice it feels to be sore the next day or to feel accomplished after finishing a work out.
I also have a sauna at the gym which definitely helps to give me an extra push to go, so I can relax in the sauna after. I have had my bag packed all week, but tomorrow I will go. My weightloss has stalled a little and another downside about not going to the gym is that I spend that time snacking and watching shows instead of doing productive things.
I hope to lose another 3 kg by the beginning of 2023 and to be closer to my goal of having abs.
