Dear LoseIt People, I overdid the losing and now have to gain 17kg to be in a healthy body weight range. I know that this sub is dedicated to the other direction, but the atmosphere over at r/gainit is not nearly as nice as here, and its mostly about lifting, too. Is there anybody here who shares the same fate and wants to exchange some thoughts? You folks probably can relate how hard it is to eat more after having struggled so long to eat less. And yes, I am in therapy and am not searching for medical (mental) advice in any way, it would just be nice to not feel alone, as I guess a great deal of this sub is also about. I also take any advice for another sub besides r/gainit that you assess more appropriate for this post. :)
