I generally don't eat more than a tiny snack for breakfast, because my gut becomes extremely upset very easily in the morning. But now, 2 weeks deep on a 1500 caloric deficit from my 2200 calorie maintenance (I'm 168cm, and 98.5 kg, woohoo for 5 kilos lost from 103.5) , all I've been thinking about is food , food, and food. I'd eat an entire cabbage right now, I just know my gut is reaaally not going to like the experience. Ughh. Trying to get work done at the same time...it's a struggle.
