I gained 10lbs during the pandemic and I feel completely demoralized. I’m 5’6, 142 lbs, early 40s female. I know my diet hasn’t been the best so I’m trying to clean that up. A few years ago I lost 10lbs by just eating paleo (and without counting calories) but I don’t think I can do that again because it was too restrictive. I’m also quite sedentary at the moment and I know that I’m not going to go from zero to working out 5-6x per week, that’s just not realistic. What are other simple things that I can do or start doing to lose the weight?
