Hi, I lost around 132 pounds in 2016-17 since then I have been struggling to keep it off I had been gaining & losing 15,20 pounds but it got worse in lockdown where I ended up gaining 50 pounds. Since then I have started my weightloss journey again, I have been changing my eating habits and making more sustainable changes to my eating habits plus walking regularly and exercise weight training 2 to 3 days per week.although I managed to lose 13 pounds I still have 37 pounds to go but the progress is very very very slow with a lot of ups and downs and not sure If I would get back to shape I was back in 2017 at my lightest. Although research suggests weight regain is very common but I want to be one of those few individuals who manage to keep it off.I am will to be vigilant and incorporated healthy habits to lifestyle, I may not look the same as once I used to but I will keep trying.
