So i’m 30, a woman. I weigh 80 kgs and used to be 67 kgs. My height is 5’6. I’ve been trying to lose it by eating better but nothing seems to be working. I do have an iced latte once a day (without sugar) so i’m not sure if that’s contributing or not? My problem is mostly with my thighs and belly. both places seem to be accumulating more fat than ever before. What kind of exercises can I do to lose the weight? Thanks
