I weight 108kg, currently losing weight and I used to be 122kg
I want my body to function well enough for me to work on my studies and to have energy to exercise and enough energy in general (just enough, not perfect energy)
I don't feel hungry when I wake at 7:00 am and until about 1:00-3:00 pm
if I sleep between 11:00-1:00 am and not eat until 1:00-3:00 pm then that is at least 12 hours of no food
I don't want my body to enter starvation mode and lose energy, but at the same time I want to lose more weight and not eat, especially if I am not hungry...
So should I force myself to eat? They say never skip breakfast...
I am writing this and I have not eaten in 12 hours. I feel a bit hungry, but I think I can wait more
