Looking for advice on body recomposition

Hi everyone, this is a long post but I’m looking for some advice as the title states. I’m female, 5’8, and I weigh 155 lbs. Idk how to describe my body type but if I committed a crime, I’m pretty sure the wanted poster would say “average build” lol.

My goal weight is 135 but tbh I’m not too concerned about the number, I care more about how I look. I have some curves to work with but not much. I want to grow my glutes, tone my legs, and somehow grow my hips. But I’m also trying to drop my body fat to have a small waist and flat-ish stomach. I want that fit and feminine look.

I hit weights 5 times a week (3 days legs, 1 day chest/tris/shoulders, and 1 day back/biceps). I have one active rest day and my other day is cardio (typically swimming laps). I have a walking pad at home that I use while I work and usually get 5-7 miles in while working each day. That’s my main cardio, nothing intense. My active calories burned on my Apple Watch are at minimum 1,200 daily.

As for my meals, I create a meal plan each week and stick to it 90% of the time. I don’t have a problem with binge eating at all. I’ll post my meal plan in a comment. I end up getting 1,000 - 1,200 calories and 123 grams of protein. I know that sounds low but I eat a lot but I use low calories subs for everything. Ex: keto buns/tortillas, 97% lean meat, fat free Greek yogurt, low fat cheese, low calorie protein powder, etc.

Am I doing this right or do I need to make any adjustments? I’m ok with slowly building muscle as long as I’m consistently losing fat. I’ve never done body recomp before so any tips/feedback/advice is greatly appreciated!
