Hi everyone! Just doing a post because I have put on a stone over the past few months and I can’t believe I have. It absolutely blows my mind how quickly we can put on weight and how difficult it is to lose it/maintain. So I am back here on day one of my healthy lifestyle journey and have joined the gym today! I’m really struggling to not beat myself up over this but I’m seeing it as motivation to get back on track. Do you think it will be possible to lose a stone before Christmas healthily?
