So I usually meal plan for the day but I worked out if I had 2 cocktails and a shot, it would be like 500 cals, meaning I’ll probably be hungry all day lol.
Can you recommend some low cal cocktails? I’m going out with a friend but my calorie goal is 1500, and lunch and dinner already make up 1000 ish, so I’d be skipping breakfast too.
I don’t want to not go out for drinks as it’s fun etc so advice appreciated! Thanks
