Hello so 1 year ago i weighed 105 kg at 18 years old at 5ft 10, now im 19 and have dropped to 83kg, I achieved this through a low calorie diet. I have arrived at the weight that i am happy with, but it feels to close to 90. Should i continue dropping weight to low 70s or should i start building muscle by going through the gym and stopping my very low calories diet. Thankyou for any responses that you will leave.
