Currently I’m around 215Ibs, 5’10, male, 19. I have a lot of natural muscle, so i only want to lose around 60lbs.
So quick recap of my journey - I lost 50lbs last year, by meal prepping and exercising a couple times a month, but I have a really busy schedule this semester and don’t have time/motivation to cook my own meals anymore.
I’d really like to lose 40-60 more lbs of fat, but going to the gym or meal prepping is really just stressing out my body SOOOOO much due to all the things that my body is going through, mostly mentally. I think the reason i started binge eating in the first place is to relieve stress in someway, since i don’t smoke or drink or anything, eating is really the main way i physically know how to relieve stress. So what is something easy/simple i can do to relieve stress, to replace binge eating with?
