This is my first victory loosing weight without keto. I struggled alot trying to lose weight without being in ketosis and I made multiples attempts to be on a caloric deficit while eating CARBS! Carbs were the real enemy, I couldn't stop binging upon eating a carb rich meal. That being said, I reached maintainance calories almost daily because of lack of control over carbs which I truly like. Yesterday was the opposite, I ate no more than 1500 calories plus I walked around 7 km and enjoyed it. 2 kg down and I feel very motivated, and I'm looking for some extra tips to stick to the deficit and lose more and more. I appreciate anyone sharing any idea or comment, thank you!
