I have been fixing various aspects of my life and diet recently. And have now got nutrition and calories to a point where I don't really have to think about it.
I had a look at what I was eating and I was rarely getting above 10g of fiber a day ( if that! ) so thought screw it ill get some more fiber foods! And Jesus, my weight hasn't actually decreased but my tummy is soooo much flatter! Way less bloating, 'digestively' I feel amazing.
I would very much recommend to everyone to try up their fiber, I aim for 25-30g a day!
An easy breakfast with high fiber and that is filling is: 40g of oats 2 heaped teaspoons of chia seeds 2 teaspoons of flax seeds 25g of raisins 125ml of milk And a cheeky teaspoon of jam xD
This comes out with : 380kcals 55g carbs, 11g of fat, 13g of protein 12g of fiber
I know it's high carbs and calories, but if I eat this before work at 8 I won't need to eat until 1-2! Give it a try ☺️
