I will eat in a good caloric range and frequent small meals. I'll go about 750 to 500 calories below my maintenance amount. I'm eating really diverse foods for nutrients.
But I always feel really bad mentally. My brain slows down. I have trouble sleeping at night. I feel like I require nutrients/calories in order to function during the day for my job. And as we know sleep burns a lot of calories but I always have my sleep impacted negatively. I've gotten about 5 hours sleep the past 2 nights.
Is this normal?? Any advice or tips here?? I feel like I'm following the rules here and my body is having none of it.
