Hello, this month I started the gym and eating cleaner and lower in carbs while watching calories. My end goal is fat loss, those of you who took supliments which do you recommend. I’m hearing about creatine and oxy shred. Is creatine safe to take while trying to lose fat? Also what’s a macro friendly protein powder? I’m going on vacation first week of March and looking to hopefully see a physical change by then.
