Hello everyone, I'm a 27M. About a 10 months ago I was 260 pounds, but with a good diet and a work out plan, I'm now at 205 pounds, maybe a bit less.
My problem is that the last few months I wasn't able to loose any more weight. My diet is still on deficit and I've started lifting heavy weights, low reps and a bit more of rest. Even with that, I'm completely stuck on my weight.
My goal is to arrive at 187 or so, but I'm starting to feel less motivated and kinda frustrated. Am I doing something wrong or there are things I can try to start again my weight loss?
