Scale victory : first time under 200lbs for ages!

This morning I weighted myself, 90.6kg which translates to 199.74lbs. First time I’m under 200 lbs. I’m so happy now! Though it’s just temporary as I was fasting for 2 days, today I’ll eat and will probably get back up above but it’s fine. I’ll keep being consistent with my diet and exercise.

For the food, I don’t count calories strictly but I avoid high calories/useless calories items. Most meals consist of a good part of protein, usually chicken/turkey or fish. A big portions of veggies and some carbs. I’m doing some bodyweight and kettlebell exercises almost everyday at a quite high intensity. For slower days I’ll just do a bit less but I’ll still workout.

My sw was 123kg (roughly 270~lbs) last year, went down to 93kg, then back up to 110kg because a month trip to Russia where I ate like a huge pig haha and since April from 110kg to 91kg. This time I won’t give up! My belly fat is almost all gone and seeing the result is so motivating for not falling off the wagon :)
