I’m going on a beach holiday tomorrow - my first in three years! And I want to use my holiday as a catalyst for a shift in mindset, choosing healthy but delicious options over fried food sugar and over eating most of the time. I don’t mean that I want to diet on holiday or deny myself not at all.. I just want to retrain my palate a little but, while still having the occasional ice cream or dessert :) I think my error in the past has been to see diet as a temporary thing rather than a lifestyle change, so I’d like to start small while I have leisure time on hols. Any tips or advice for me? Thank you :)
