I know the basics, But

So basically back in 2016, i was approx 95kgs. I joined gym , read abut calories in and out and managed to lose 20kgs and get into a proper physique.

Back then i used to do 2-5kms of cardio followed by 1 hour of weighlifting .

Moving Forward to 2022:

I lost all my muscles and gained back all my weight during the covid lockdown. I am now 103 kg and i can't stop eating. I don't want to workout and i compare myself with the old me and thus feel demotivated .

For Example :

I used to run 5 kms every day ... and look at me now , i can't even run for 1 km .

Or

I used to Deadlift XYZ pounds back then but now i can't deadline even X Pounds..
