Hi, so I have weird problem. I'm trying to eat healthy and I do but I also have lots of activities that burn calories. I play squash almost daily and I run in the mornings. My calorie deficit is too high but I don't want to eat chocolates or chips. I like them of course, but it doesn't seem right.
Do you have any tips for high calorie snack that is not junk food and also not very expensive.
