I have been trying to lose 5kg that i put on earlier this year, I am still not sure how i gained those kgs on as i eat the same foods and eat at least 700 calories a day ( yes I am aware this is low but I am not able to increase my eating that easily due to many reasons). I am lightly active, run 15 minutes every 3 days and walk 20 minutes nearly everyday. So why am i not losing weight when i am doing all the the correct things and eating below my maintenance. Is my metabolism ruined? does my body just not want to lose weight due to it being in starvation mode? can anyone help me with some answers.
