Hello! I have an Apple Watch that I use to track my active calories burnt during workouts. I take solidcore classes about 3x week and use the HIIT setting. When I use this setting, my watch says I burn around 300 calories/session. Considering the amount of sweat and tears I put into that class, I feel like I'd be burning more than 300 calories.
I was wondering for those of you who take solidcore or megaformer pilates, what setting do you use on your watch to track your workouts? How many calories do you burn on average?
