I’ve been trying to meet a 5000 step goal consistently but regularly only did about 3000. This week I moved into a new place and I walk everywhere. I haven’t walked less than 10,000 steps every day over the week. I’m really proud of myself. However now my left heel feels bruised and very painful. It is also itchy. ( in the way a bruise or sprain feels itch). I’m not sure if this is just something that happens or if I should worry about it. Anyone else experienced this?
