Hi everyone, I've never really created a post before but I needed somewhere to post something that will hopefully give me the push I need. (Hopefully this post doesn't break any rules).
All my life I have struggled with my weight, since I was about 8/9. I was always the fat kid who would "grow into it" or would have a growth spurt and magically be thin, but as I got older, my weight (in stone) matched my age year by year. This was until I was around 13, when it really started to kick in, and from there it snowballed. I write this sitting at a whopping 30st (190kg).
Recently however (after a few health scares featuring lipomas), I've joined a gym and have started working out a couple times a week. The only issue is I haven't been able to curb my eating alongside this, so I'm posting this as a permanent reminder and promise to myself and everyone that I will overcome my binge eating and snacking and get my life back on track (tips appreciated!)
Again, sorry that this isn't relevant to anyone or if no one cares, I just had to get this down somewhere and out of my head. Thanks for reading :)
