This past month I decided to start working out and it’s been amazing… until that time of the month started. At first I tried to stay positive and told myself to just do light cardio but with cramps, a heavy flow, and complete sluggishness in general I haven’t been able to workout at all. Going from constantly working out everyday to lazing around in my bed has been getting to me and it feels like all of my hard work was for nothing. I know that as long as I continue to stay in a calorie deficit a few days without fitness won’t do much to my body/weight loss but it’s still pretty upsetting.
