Hello All.
I have decided to start Keto again from today as I want to work on myself and get my weight down, I am worried as I have previously done this but stopped as I was easily persuaded into getting a takeaway by family.
This time around im going to try my best to ignore them and just see it as working on myself is more important than their wanting of takeaways.
I done a weigh in back in March and was at 344.8 so I have started losing weight outside of keto but I feel that if I do keto I'll plan myself out more which will provide me with a structure which I seem to thrive on.
My main thoughts on posting this is the hopes and thoughts that I'm making myself accountable in a public place that will keep me on track.
If anyone has any encouragement or advice please feel free to dm me as I will happily learn from others.
