F/36 here. Haven't seen the gym for 2 years (and put up some weight, of course). So I decide to do something about it, get gym membership and try to go easy on myself at the beginning. For the past week I've been only walking on treadmill with 9 degree inc. - not even running, and having mild workout with lighter kettlebells. I hit the gym every other day. And guess what, I feel constantly tired and sapped of all energy. This is the reason I stopped working out those 2 years ago - because I felt like that even when I had built the endurance to run half marathon as an easy distance. This lack of energy never left. What am I doing wrong?
