I was supposed to start a new diet today, but decided to wait for tomorrow. Well I was supposed to start a new diet a month ago, then before that three months ago, etc.
I’ve lost decent weight successfully three times, each time it takes me a long time to start then I do when I’m motivated and then when I fall off the wagon it’s soooo hard to get back on.
What kind of things help you to just start doing it? I used to do everything so perfect I had a calorie deficit, I did IF 😭, daily exercise, it was smooth sailing. I don’t even have that much to lose, about 30-35 lbs ugh 😭😭
Basically pls motivate / inspire me !!
