Barely Any Difference

Hi, all. I’ve (F20) been working out almost every day (cardio/weight training) and eating less than 1500 calories a day for a month, but I’ve seen little to no progress. I started at 200lbs and now I’m at 197… I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. In the past when I’ve tried to lose weight I lose a ton in the beginning and then lose motivation, but this time I’ve stuck with it and now it seems I’m going nowhere. Also, I’ve historically eaten very poorly, up until a month ago really. I thought because I was eating so much above maintenance, cutting my calories would result in fast loss. I’m feeling very discouraged— I even almost ordered fast food tonight because I felt my hard work was just not worth it. Someone please help!
