I feel absolutely fantastic! I can breathe better, I have more energy and it’s getting easier to stick to a calorie deficit.
I still can’t really tell the physical difference in my body but my husband says he can tell. He’s been so supportive.
The best change though is my new habit of actually getting enough water. Drinking water before meals and with a midday granola bar makes a huge difference in how satiated I feel.
I used to think with granola bars especially what the big deal was, I’d eat one and still feel hungry but it’s the perfect snack with plenty of water. Makes me feel much fuller :)
