i hate losing weight...

hey i am sal i am 20 years old, i weight about uhh 130-140 kg's.
i have been going to gyms and going on a strict diet since 2015, i went to the gym for 3 months the first year, lost about 22kg in that period of time, i was 105kg became 80kg something, then i left the gym after around 4-5 months i gained that weight again.
this cycle would continue; i lost a lot of weight in 3-6 months, then i leave the gym for around 2-3 months gaining all the weight i lost
(though i was on a diet or at least consumed less than 2K cals most of not all the time)
it was like this until last year i was going to the gym again, and still this time too lost around 22kg in two months which is my record, then i wanted to go to kickboxing for fun, it was really good i loved the sport, but the problem is i got covid,
and had to stop working out all together my lounges became so weak i couldn't run 10 miters with out getting out of breath (i still have problems breathing till this day) and i had to stay home, and do nothing, i was 100kg when i got covid and after two months i gained 30kg's...7 months worth of work gone in two months, i was still on my diet, which had less than 2K calories in it, i was eating some candy becuase my diet had 0 sugar and if i didn't ate anything sweet i would've passed out. i was so destroyed my will to do anything anymore, and heck i was going to the kickboxing tournament. but yet i couldn't becuase of this stupid ass body...
idk if someone gonna read all of this i do believe it would be hard becuase i am bad at doing this, but if you did thank you i had to get this out of my chest.
