I take a psychiatric medication that makes me crave sugar like crazy. Like, 4 Crumbl cookies a day cravings. I need to be on the medication and alternatives haven’t worked for me.
I’ve tried adding fiber packets to my water, drinking more water, chewing gum, eating fruit, and Metformin. Nothing is working. The cravings won’t go away and I keep giving in.
Has anyone here lost weight on antipsychotics who has advice on how to curb the intense sugar cravings? I literally think about Crumbl cookies obsessively until I eat them and it’s a daily thing
